How can I make a voluntary ticket refund?

Voluntary refund is carried out at the place of ticket purchase. In case of issuing a ticket directly at the airline, you can make a voluntary refund in two ways:

Through official airline website, by clicking on the reference Orders search;
Through Information group of the airline: it is necessary to send an application in a free form and scan (photo) the first turn of passenger's passport to e-mail infoavia@azimuth.ru.
