Tickets issuing against military travel documents (MTD)

The airline sells air tickets against MTD.

Travel document against MTD is carried out at the minimum rates available at the time of booking, including the free one piece of baggage allowance.

Tickets could be purchased at the airline’s agents’ and at the accredited TCH agents ’ ticket offices.

Tickets are issued only to persons specified in the MTD and strictly according to the route mentioned in it.

Ticketing and reissue of tickets is carried out only if there is an MTD issued by an authorized institution and stamped.

The validity period of the MTD for ticket issuance is 3 months. The air tickets’ sale for direct and return flights is carried out no more than 150 days before departure.

All fees included in the ticket price (fuel and airport charges), are paid at the expense of the MTD.

The Airline's standard discount is applied for children under 12 in accordance with the terms of the tariff.

Refund / exchange of an air ticket issued against MTD

There are two types of tickets refund: voluntary or involuntary in accordance with the general rules of the airline and is carried out according to the terms of the tariff application.

In case of voluntary refusal of the passenger from all or part of the carriage, the refund fees to be paid by the passenger’s expenses.

Fees (fuel, airport, etc.) included in the ticket price are refundable for any type of refund.

Ticket refunds are made only at the agency issuing the ticket.

In the case of a voluntary exchange no fees apply. Departure date change through the ticket exchange is made only by keeping the original fare. In the absence of the required fare, the passenger's departure date is changed by refunding the ticket and issuing a new one against a new MTD.

Involuntary refund or exchange of an air ticket is allowed in accordance with the general rules of the airline.

The route change at the passenger’s request is forbidden for all MTD.
