Rules for using the Gift Certificate

The Gift Certificate can be used to book an air ticket for a regular Azimuth Airlines flight operated according to the schedule;
The nominal value of the Gift Certificate can be selected from the following options: 3,000, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, and 50,000 rubles, or a custom amount can be entered. The maximum available nominal value of the Gift Certificate is 150,000 rubles.

Gift Certificate purchase is available only on the official Azimuth Airlines website using the application form;
The certificate can be gifted by the buyer to a third party - the recipient;
To issue a certificate, it is necessary to provide the recipient’s details, the buyer’s details, select the certificate’s nominal value, and pay the cost on the website;
The production and sending of the certificate to the recipient’s email takes one business day;
The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for its monetary equivalent.

The Gift Certificate includes the air ticket fare and additional fees but cannot be used for booking additional services;
To book an air ticket using the Gift Certificate’s nominal value, the recipient must send an email to the Customer Support Department at infoavia@azimuth.ru, indicating the certificate number, passport and contact details of the recipient, as well as the desired dates and destinations according to the flight schedule;
Only one Gift Certificate can be used to pay for air transportation under one booking;
If the cost of the purchased air ticket is less than the nominal value of the Gift Certificate, the remaining funds can be used to pay for an air ticket later, but before the Gift Certificate expires;
If the cost of the purchased air ticket exceeds the nominal value of the Gift Certificate, the difference between the nominal value and the air ticket cost must be paid using an available method;
The exchange of an air ticket issued against the nominal value of the Gift Certificate is carried out in accordance with the fare conditions.

The Gift Certificate is not accepted for payment of air transportation after its expiration;
The validity period is indicated on the Gift Certificate and is 9 months.

After expiration, the unused nominal amount of the Gift Certificate is refunded to the bank card used to purchase the Gift Certificate upon the buyer’s request sent to the Customer Support Department’s email at infoavia@azimuth.ru;
Refunds for an air ticket issued against the nominal value of the Gift Certificate are processed in accordance with the fare application conditions.
