Luggage Wrapping

Passengers of the Airlines have access to the Pack&Fly Luggage Wrapping service. You can order the service both while booking your air tickets and separately.

The service is implemented in cooperation with the MILE ON AIR digital platform, allows you to protect your luggage from damage in advance and is available while purchasing the air tickets with departure from the following cities:

Kaliningrad
Omsk
Surgut
Ufa
Ivanovo
Krasnoyarsk
Yaroslavl
Sochi

The main advantages of the service are a more favorable price compared to the luggage wrapping at the airport and speed of the service providing.

Wrapping is carried out for oversized luggage with the weight up to 32 kg and the maximum size of 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length + height + width), not more than 100 cm for one side.

The cost of the Luggage Wrapping service depends on the departure airport and starts from 550 roubles * including VAT.

* When paying online on the website of JSC AZIMUTH Airlines with a non-rouble bank card, currency conversion is carried out automatically at the rates of the issuing bank that issued the card.

Confirmation of payment for the service is EMD, electronic receipt of the processing system, and voucher for luggage wrapping, sent to the passenger’s e-mail.

You can order and pay for the Luggage Wrapping service:

during the air ticket issuing, by adding the service to the order;
during online check-in
in the Order Search online service, by authenticating the order and proceeding to the issuance of additional services by clicking the “Buy Services” button.

A full refund of the cost of the service can be made in the event of forced or voluntary refusal of the service and/or transportation by the passenger.

Refunds are made to the passenger upon contacting the Airlines Contact Center at infoavia@azimuth.ru with the mandatory provision of:

a scanned copy of the refund application written in free form,
a scanned copy of the passenger’s identity document,
a scanned copy of the notarized power of attorney (if the application is filled out by a passenger’s representative).

The funds to be refunded are transferred within 5-7 business days to the issuing bank that issued the card used to pay for the service. The period for crediting funds to the bank card account depends on the issuing bank.
