Automatic Online Check-In
JSC AZIMUTH Airlines offers passengers to use the service – Automatic Online Check-In for a flight.
24 hours before departure, a confirmation of check-in and a boarding pass are automatically sent to the passenger’s e-mail specified when purchasing the air ticket. With the service, you do not need to wait for check-in to start, and there is no need to visit the Airlines website 24 hours before departure and go through the online check-in procedure in manual mode. Automatic Online Check-In for a flight allows you to save as much time as possible for more important matters before the flight.
Online check-in in an automatic format is available for passengers who have pre-selected a seat on the aircraft board. You can order the service when purchasing an air ticket or later, in your Personal Account.
The cost of the Automatic Online Check-In service is from 59 roubles *. The service can be ordered for each passenger, for each segment of the flight.
* - when paying online on the website of JSC AZIMUTH Airlines with a non-rouble bank card, currency conversion is carried out automatically at the rates of the issuing bank that issued the card.
Confirmation of payment for the service is EMD and electronic fiscal receipt sent to the passenger’s e-mail.
Attention!
- The Automatic Online Check-In service can be ordered not later than 25 hours before departure.
- The Automatic Online Check-In service is available on the Airlines flights only if technically possible.
- The boarding pass shall be printed out and taken with you to the airport.
You can issue and pay for the service:
- during the air ticket issuing, by adding the service to the order;
- in the Order Search online service, by authenticating the order and proceeding to the issuance of additional services by clicking the “Buy Services” button.
At the departure airport:
Check-in at the airport starts 2 hours and ends 40 minutes before departure.

A full refund of the service cost can be made in the event of the forced or voluntary refusal of the service and/or transportation by the passenger not less than 24 hours before the flight departure and if the service is not considered to be rendered, i.e. Automatic Online Check-In of the passenger for the flight has not been performed.
Refunds are made to the passenger upon contacting the Airlines Contact Center at infoavia@azimuth.ru with the mandatory provision of:
- a scanned copy of the refund application written in free form,
- a scanned copy of the passenger’s identity document,
- a scanned copy of the notarized power of attorney (if the application is filled out by a passenger’s representative).
The funds to be refunded are transferred within 5-7 business days in the same way the service was paid for. The period for crediting funds to the bank card account depends on the issuing bank.
