The airport is the beginning of your trip, and you can spend time there with pleasure.
The service of staying in the business lounge will definitely save your time and help you spend it in comfort. Waiting for the flight takes place in separate premium class areas in the departure hall with a rest area, free drinks and snacks, WI-FI and other amenities.
The Airlines provides passengers with the opportunity to order the Business Lounge service online for flights on domestic and international flights, regardless of the class of service at the air ticket rate.
Payment for the Business Lounge Service
The service can be ordered and paid for both one passenger and for a group of passengers.
The cost of the service depends on the specific business lounge; the final amount can be clarified when making the order.
You can issue and pay for the Business Lounge:
- during the air ticket issuing, by adding the service to the order;
- during online check-in;
- in the Order Search online service, by authenticating the order and proceeding to the issuance of additional services by clicking the “Buy services” button.
Confirmation of payment for the Business Lounge service is a voucher and electronic fiscal receipt sent to the passenger’s e-mail.
The voucher shall be presented to an airport employee before the service is provided. The meeting place at the airport and the phone number of the person meeting you are indicated in the voucher.
The voucher also contains the following information:
- your order number;
- QR code and letter code for your order confirming;
- passenger details;
- flight number, date and time of departure;
- airport and terminal where the service has been ordered.
Attention!
Presentation of the voucher is mandatory, but it can be shown electronically on the screen of a mobile device.
The cost of the service is refunded in accordance with the Business Lounge refund rules.
Refunds are made to the passenger upon contacting the Airlines Contact Center at infoavia@azimuth.ru with the mandatory provision of:
- a scanned copy of the refund application written in free form,
- a scanned copy of the passenger’s identity document,
- a scanned copy of the notarized power of attorney (if the application is filled out by a passenger’s representative).
While exchanging an air ticket, the service is not transferred to a new flight; it is necessary to return the unused service in accordance with the refund rules.
Attention!
If the refund is not made in accordance with the service refund rules and the service is not used, the cost of the service paid is not refunded.
In case of a flight delay, the service on the existing voucher can be used within 24 hours.
The Airlines partner for provision of services at airports of the Russian Federation is Limited Liability Company HighPass.
