The procedure for obtaining the certificate:

To get the confirmation document the passenger should fill in a special online application form and pay for the service on the website.

Wait for the notice that the certificate is ready. Our specialists will inform you about it by e-mail, which address you specified in the form.

In the application it is necessary to specify the preferred way to receive the ready reference: by e-mail or by post to the address specified in the request.

The certificate is issued on the Airline's letterhead, signed by the head of the information group or the person substituting him/her in the established order.

The certificate is valid for presentation at the place of request (including presentation to the accounting department to confirm the fact of flight). The certificate has no expiration date limit.
