A+ Loyalty Program
JSC Azimuth Airlines is launching a new version of its Loyalty Program and invites all passengers to participate.
By becoming a member of the A+ Program, you can earn A-roubles and use them to pay for flights and additional services.
Loyalty Program Terms
Fly with JSC Azimuth Airlines and earn A-roubles for each flight and service rendered. You can use them to buy new tickets and additional services for yourself or another passenger.
When you register in the new Loyalty Program, you will receive 500 welcome A-roubles after your first flight. Subsequently, for each flight you purchase and complete, you will earn A-roubles equal to 2% of the total amount of tickets and services paid (for fares with U, T, V, and X booking codes of the Light brand, A-roubles are 0.5%).
Any passenger over 14 years of age can become a member of the Program.
A-roubles are cancelled in the event of a voluntary refund of a ticket.
Attention!
If no A-roubles are credited or debited to the passenger’s loyalty card account within 12 months from the date of the last A-rouble credit or debit, 50 A-roubles may be automatically cancelled. If no A-roubles are on the passenger’s loyalty card account, no cancellation will be made.
Member Registration
To participate in the A+ Loyalty Program, a member must register in the personal account, confirming that he/she has read the terms and conditions, and click the “Register” button.
Attention!
JSC Azimuth Airlines reserves the right to:
- Limit the number of tickets and additional services using A-roubles issued for each specific flight.
- Prohibit the issuance of tickets and additional services using A-roubles upon the opening of sales for flights operated on dates determined by the airline.
For winter-summer 2025, the tickets and additional services will not be paid using A-roubles during the following periods: December 20, 2024 - January 12, 2025, February 20-25, 2025, March 1-10 and 20-31, 2025, April 25-May 1, 2025, May 10-12, 2025, May 30-September 15, 2025, October 24-November 5, 2025, December 19, 2025-January 12, 2026.

JSC Azimuth Airlines reserves the right to amend the Rules and Terms of Participation in the A+ Loyalty Program and expand the Program capabilities by attracting Partners. Information about this will be additionally published on the website azimuth.ru.
A Program Member can restore A-roubles for flights and services rendered for a period of one calendar year prior to registering for the new Loyalty Program, if the Member has not previously received A-roubles from the Airline for these flights.
For filing an application, please contact the Airline by completing “Application for A-roubles Restoration” with information about the flights taken and send the following documents to a-plus@azimuth.ru:
- a scanned copy of the A-roubles Restoration Application;
- a scanned copy of the Member’s and passenger’s passport (the page containing the personal information);
- a scanned copy of a notarized power of attorney (if the Application is filed by a passenger’s representative).
The Application will be reviewed by specialists within 30 calendar days.
PROFI Membership Level
Each Member of the Program can upgrade to the Profi level and receive even more privileges: double A-rouble accrual and seat selection for just 1 rouble. To do this, select the “Profi” button in your personal account and pay for the annual membership.
Codeshare Flights:
A-roubles cannot be credited, debited, or restored for tickets and services issued under a codeshare agreement with JSC Azimuth Airlines partners if JSC Azimuth Airlines is the marketing carrier. Such flights are designated A4101-A41999. Tickets for these flights can be purchased, among other things, on the official website or in the mobile app, or from the Airline agents.
A-roubles cannot be credited or debited for tickets and services issued under a codeshare agreement if JSC Azimuth Airlines is the operating carrier, but the ticket indicates a partner flight other than A4, and the tickets were not purchased on the official website, in the mobile app, or from the Airline agents.
