Can my two sons at age of 16 and 11 years old fly together?

A child under the age of 12 may travel only when accompanied by a fully capable adult passenger of at least 18 years of age. Otherwise, the flight is permitted only if accompanied by an Airline staff member, provided that the appropriate service has been booked for the child.
