How is a refund processed if you cancel a pre-paid in-flight meal service?
The full cost of the in-flight meal service will be refunded in case of a mandatory or voluntary cancellation by the passenger, provided that the cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the flight departure.
To request a refund for the cancelled service, please contact us via email at infoavia@azimuth.ru You must submit the following documents:
- a refund application written in free form
- a scanned copy of an identification document; if it applicable, a notarized power of attorney.
