I would like to check-in online but I have a baggage.

Certainly, you may check-in online. In case you travel with baggage exceeding hand luggage parameters, you need to register your luggage at the check-in desk until the end of the check-in time (check-in at the airport ends 40 minutes before departure). Some airports have drop off for luggage.
