How do I purchase additional services to my ticket?

You can choose and pay for additional services either during the ticketing process, or during Online check-in, or using the Order Search service, as well as in the passenger’s Personal Account:

• Seat selection service
• Comprehensive insurance
• Trip Cancellation Insurance
• Additional meals
• “Doctor on the move” telemedicine service
• SMS-informing
• Hand luggage
• Additional baggage
• Carriage of animals in the baggage compartments
• Carriage of animals in the cabin
• Business Lounge service
• Automatic online check-in

When logging into the Online check-in and Order Search services, you must enter your booking number (6 symbols) and the passenger's surname (as in the ticket) in the appropriate fields. Next, proceed to the selection and registration of additional services using the “Add services” button, and make payment for the selected services.
