What shall I do if my plans change and I can't use the ticket purchased with A-roubles?

You can exchange your ticket for a different date or request a refund. In the case of a voluntary refund, all A-roubles spent on the ticket and services will be forfeited. In the case of an involuntary refund, you must contact the Airline and provide the loyalty card number from which the A-roubles were previously debited, along with all the necessary documents for the involuntary refund.
