Is it possible to accommodate passengers with children under the age of twelve in adjacent seats without charging an additional fee?

The service of pre-placement of passengers with children two to twelve years old in adjacent seats in the cabin is provided free of charge upon contacting the airline’s contact center at kids@azimuth.ru no later than 48 hours before the flight departure. Applications are accepted in free form, and airline tickets for passengers of a child aged two to twelve years and an accompanying adult must be attached to the letter.

In accordance with safety requirements and at the discretion of the airline, passengers with children under the 12 years of age may be provided with adjacent seats in the same row not separated by an aisle.

Passengers with pre-assigned seats can check in for a flight at the service Online check-in for free and receive boarding passes by e-mail. Online check-in for the flight opens 24 hours before departure on the airline’s website.

Check-in for neighboring seats is also available at the airport.
