Information about restrictions on entry of foreign citizens to the Russian Federation

In accordance with the decree of the Russian Federation Government of №635-R dated March 16, 2020, the entry to the Russian Federation is temporarily restricted foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, including arriving from the territory of the Republic of Belarus and citizens of the Republic of Belarus since 00:00 on 18 March till 00:00 May 1, 2020.

This restriction does not apply to the following categories of citizens:

• accredited or appointed employees of diplomatic missions and consular offices of foreign states in the Russian Federation, international organizations and their representative offices, and other official representative offices of foreign states located on the territory of the Russian Federation;
• family members of the persons aforesaid above, members of official delegations;
• persons holding diplomatic, official, or ordinary private visas issued in connection with the death of a close relative;
• persons permanently residing in the territory of the Russian Federation;
• persons traveling transit through air checkpoints.

• Applying online at your personal account, if you purchased a ticket on the website of Azimuth Airlines;
• by calling the Azimuth Airlines Contact center at 8 (863) 302-02-20;
• at the place of ticket purchase, if you purchased a ticket at the agent offices.

Due to the high volume of requests, the waiting time for a connection with the Contact center increased. Azimuth Airlines makes efforts to reduce the waiting time for a response. We ask You to understand the situation and be patient.
