I have left a request for a ticket refund in my account on the site (I have sent an application on e-mail), when I receive money on my card.
Ticket and money refund is made by airline's employees no later than 24 hours after receiving the application from the passenger. Fund is received on the card within 5-7 working days, depending on issuing bank.
