How do I restore A-roubles for a flight?

The Loyalty Program member can restore A-roubles for flights and services rendered for a period of one calendar year prior to registering the Application, if the member has not previously received A-roubles for flights.

For filing an application, please contact the Airline by completing the “Application for A-roubles Restoration” with information about the flights taken and send the following documents to a-plus@azimuth.ru:

• a scanned copy of the A-roubles Restoration Application;
• a scanned copy of the Member’s passport (the page containing the personal information);
• a scanned copy of a notarized power of attorney (if the Application is filed by a passenger’s representative).

The Application will be reviewed by specialists within 30 calendar days.
