Azimuth Airline has become the leader in the "Best regional airline service" nomination
Azimuth Airline has become the leader in the "Best regional airline service" nomination among the carriers developing transport accessibility inside the country.
The winning airlines were identified after summing up interim results of the "Russian Sky Service – 2019" research project. In total, from April 2018 to April 2019, the study covered 23 Russian carriers making regular flights by long-haul aircrafts, and nine of them were included in the scope of the study for the first time. Experts of the AviaPort Agency carried out an independent assessment of the service range and quality provided on board according to authentic methodology close to the concept of "secret passenger".
The award ceremony was held at the Sky Travel Awards on April 24, 2019 in Moscow as a part of the IV International Forum SKYSERVICE-2019. The All-Russian Passenger Association and the AviaPort Industry Agency named the leading airlines in two nominations: "The Best Airline Crew" and "The Best Airline Service on Board".
The range and quality of services provided to passengers during the flight and included in the ticket price were appreciated in the nomination of "The Best Airline Service on Board"
In 2019, results of information and online service examination will also be summed up, and "Russian Sky Service – 2019" rating of the leading airlines will be published along with the winners in various nominations.
